What Could Be The Reason For Severe Pain Under Left Breast Because It Hurts To Lift, Move, Lay?

Hi Dr. Im 50 years old and I have been having severe pain under my left breast where as I cant even lay on it!. Its scaring me because I can't seem to do anything to make it better. I havent went to the dr yet cause truly im afraid. I have tried everything possible but nothing is working. It hurts to lift, move lay you name it. I have been baby it. Im scared. Its directly under my left breast up a bit. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hello & Welcome To HCM,
I ad gone through your case, But your history is not complete as you did not inform that do you feel any lump or not? Hope you understand what i am telling you, that if you have any painful Lump in your left breast then you must be careful and immediate meet to gynecologist. It might be Breast Fibroid.But do not worry it can be any muscle spasm near the breast.Hope you will find it effective.
