What Could Be The Reason For Severe Shoulder Ache That Pulsates And Fades Along With Chest Pain?

While under my house 2 weekends ago my pump breaker in the house popped. While I was moving the heater for the crawl space out of my way to see, my wife flipped the breaker back on and I got a severe shock from my wedding ring to my back which was resting against a steel support beam. Now I have a very serious pain in my shoulder that pulsates and fades in and out throughout the day. There was also a small burn/hole where my back was resting against the steel, and I have had a few moments of pulsating chest pain. What could have happened to my shoulder?

This is nothing to worry about it every thing must have happened because of the shock, and this will go away soon right now no need to take any medicine, strong jerk can give such type of pain, there must not be any thing danger happened to your shoulder, take care and have nice day.
