What Could Be The Reason For Sudden Feeling Of Vomiting, giddiness, and Chills ?

I was just laying in my bed and talking on the phone and suddenly, I got really sick feeling to the point where I thought if I moved, I would vomit. I still feel that way but now I'm really shaky and I keep getting chills but I have no fever. I have no chance of pregnancy, nor is it around time for my period.

Hello,
In the current scenario, if all the vital signs are normal, one should suspect food poisoning or indigestion, some latent infection of the gut, blood or the urinary tract. Also, a ruptured cyst of the ovary could cause such symptoms but is usually associated with pelvic pain. Please see a physician for a proper evaluation and further management. You would need blood counts and urinalysis if the symptoms do not subside soon enough. Hope your query has been answered. Wish you good health.
