What Could Be The Reason For Symptoms Like High Lipase, Nausea And Weight Loss During Menstruation?

What can present as chronic pancritis , high lipase and anim ,pain ,nausea, weight lose but NO inflummation of pancritis during ANY scans ever ... hydro,nucl,mri,etc .no diet /acivity assocation . But ALL within the few days before during just after menstration.

The explanation for such a presentation may have more than one causative factor, so a more elaborate evaluation might be necessary. But considering all tge symptoms to arise around your period, a hormonal cause could be discussed. Female hormones have an effect on various functions in the femalr body and so this possibility could be discussed with your doctor.
