What Could Be The Reason For Uncontrollable Diarrhea After First Time Sex?

I am a 47 year female and had sex for the first time in about 1 year. a few hours later I had almost uncontrollable diarrhoea which was very embarrassing. It was normal sex (no anal). I did have a few glasses of wine. why is this it was embarrassing and has put me off doing it again.

Thanks for writing to HCM.

The diarrhea might be due to the food that you had eaten before, maybe it was not upto the mark....sort of food poisoning.

Its mostly not due to sex...and should not happen again if you are careful of the food.
