What Could Be The Reason For Yeast Infection?

I think I might have a vaginal yeast infection, I am experiencing burning and I am peeing a lot, how I came to figure I had a yeast infection is because I just had a ear infection and they prescribe me antibiotics. Is this what is going on with me?
