What Could Be The Reason Of Having Blood In Stool And Acidity?

This is very awkward, but when I when to the bathroom earlier There was blood on my feces. Then while going to the bathroom I passed gas and blood spattered in the toilet. I have been having issues since this summer but this is the worst it has been.

Hi...you could be having hemorrhoids... better show to a surgeon and get a proctoscopy done for proper evaluation and management..
