I am burning after passing urine and also have bloated tummy. No urine infection or std as have been tested. Do have history of ibs which flares up when stressed but also have pain in right side in ovary area. Been told it could be ovary cysts but gp said yesterday it is muscular as I went back for tbe pain?

Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.
I can understand your concern.
If you have burning sensation after urination you should be investigated for urinary tract infection. A urine routine examination and urine culture and sensitivity will help to identify the cause. Drinking of plenty of water will help if there is urinary tract infection. Antibiotics may be prescribed by your doctor if urinary tract infection is confirmed.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
