Hello,
Welcome to health care magic.
A few causes for white patches in the arm includes a fungal infection called pityriasis versicolor, post inflammatory hypopigmentation and early vitiligo. The patches may not be related to pregnancy unless if they had started as itchy red rashes which have now become white( post inflammatory hypopigmentation) .Please see a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis and for appropriate treatment.
Take care.
