What Could Be The Reasons For Stomach Pain, Diarrhea And Blood In Bowel Movement?

I woke up in the middle of the night woth bad stomach pains. I had diarrea a couple times but had a very hard time getting it out. then this morning i got the pains again and went to the bathroom but this time i just passed gas and then noticed there was some bright red blood in the toilet. what could cause this?

Hi, It seems you are suffering from severe abdominal infection. Kindly take adequate amount of fluids.You can add electrolyte powder or ORS to water. Alongwith it take antibiotics & probiotics. In case the bloody stools persist , kindly report to ER for further treatment. Hope it helps.
