What Could Be The Recurring White Jelly Like Skin Inside Bottom Lip?

Hello I seem to have this white jelly like skin inside my bottom lip that I scrape off an comes back in 2 days. Doesn't hurt or bleed when I take it off. I have really dry mouth also. Doctor looked at it already an said it wasn't thrush. Any ideas what's going on?

Hi,

White scaly lesion on lower lip inside area would be probably leukoplakia. You consult dermatologist or oral surgeon. There may be oral thrush also. After firm diagnosis he would suggest proper treatment.if thrush is there, antifungal tablets and solution may be suggested. If leukoplakia, excision of the lesion may be done. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
