What Could Be The Red Small Bumps Around The Mouth In A 11 Month Old?

My 11 month old daughter has red small bumps around her mouth/chin which are slowly spreading on and around lips, cheeks and eye lid area. She is teething as well. Otherwise healthy. is it any sort of allergy? it appears very reddish when she eats or drink something. is it due to wetness?

This could be due to allergic reaction or infection.
I would suggest you to take your child to the Dentist and get the checkup once.
