What Could Be The Small Cut In Anus Which Is Red In Color?

i have a simple question. It is very embarassing for me. I have a small cut below my anus. It is not painful just annoying more. It opened up and is red in colour. I tried being more careful in wiping my bum and taking showers thoroughly and this seems to help. What is it?

Your symptoms seem to be related to an anal fissure.

The treatment consists of surgery.

Meanwhile, I recommend using a stool softeners to avoid constipation.
