What Could Be The Small Lump Under Right Cheek Bone?

I woke up with a small lump or little ball under right cheek bone. When I move my head down it pops up on the side and you can clearly feel it. It feels wierd but it doesn't hurt. I had it happen before, it goes away than it comes back every few months. Any idea what it could be? It's not visible
