What Could Be The Small Raise In The Front Of Head?

Hi, I have a small raise in the front of my head. That cause pain like headaches. When I press, touch or massage the spot. I feel shooting pain across my head. It is next to a big scar, when I split my head open. I m having an MRI Tuesday. What is this, please help me.

It may be skin infection may be impetigo. Consult the dermatologist for the proper diagnosis and perfect treatment. I would recommend you to take a short course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs.
