What Could Be The Symptoms Of Iron Deficiency?

I'm just wondering about the possible symptoms of iron deficiency anemia, I am a lab/x-ray tech (so I am educated about medical conditions) and just today my son was diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia, and even though I know the regular symptoms, I never would have guessed he had such a low iron lever

Palllor , whitish color of the skin , increased weakness, early fatigue are some of the symptoms of iron deficiency anemia. Get MCV and MCHC done. Total iron binding capacity is another test of significance.
