What Could Be The Thick Liquid Leaking After Urination?

Leaking thick liquids about 5 minutes after urinating, why is that ? I am an 18 year old male and this is happening for the past 4 years or so, after going to the toilet I leak some thick stuff, like semen leftovers or something (though it has a bit of color of urine sometimes), I havent seen my family doctor about this issue as its a bit embarrasing and I read somewhere online that its usual to leak after urinating. This is affecting my life by staining my underwear and causing great discomfort, this is why whenever at home I take my time to stand over the toilet for about 2-3 minutes after urinating so the fluid will come out, if I m not home then I dont have time to stand above the toilet for such a long time (especially if its public toilet)

The thick liquid you are describing is left over semen and it is a natural process through which body removes the stored semen. This is a natural process and cannot be controlled. You are doing great by being in the toilet for sometime. Because of the like problem, it is advised to wash under garments every day. For hygiene.
