What Could Be The Treatment For Enlarged Prostate With Frequent Urination, pain And Passing Blood Clots?
My boyfriend is 32 he's had an enlarged prostate since he was about 18. He's been urinating every few minutes and it hurts in his lower abdomen and he's passing blood clots. After he's done in the bathroom he gets dizzy and nauseous and breaks out sweating.
Hi. It is not common to get prostate enlarged at 18 to 32 years of age. With the symptoms you have described he may be suffering from prostititis with associated spread to the bladder giving rise to frequent urination , bleeding. The difficulty in passage of urine leads to nausea, dizziness and sweating. I would advice my patients with similar complaints to undergo all relevant tests like routine blood and urine test. Per-rectal manual examination to see the size and pain on palpation, hardness etc. Added by Sonography and may be endoscopy of the urethra and urinary bladder to get guidance for the further treatment.
