What Could Be The Treatment For Regular Cold Symptoms Like Runny Nose, mild Dizziness And A Whooshing Sound In Right Ear?

I have been sick for a couple days with regular cold symptoms (runny nose, eyes, mild dizziness, possible fever), and this afternoon I started hearing a whooshing sound in my right ear that hasn't gone away yet. Wondering if I should see a doctor or let it resolve on its own like I usually do (the unusual part is the ear whooshing).
