What Could Be The Yellow Bits In Stool During Pregnancy?

hi there,
i am very worries, i am 30 weeks pregnant and taking iron supplements i am aware my stools
have become very dark as a result of the iron but i have just notice small clear/yellow bits also, i examined 1 with a tissue and it burst and liquid came out, they are slightly larger than a grain of rice. please tell me this is something trivial, i am very worried,
