Hello,

Leaking gut syndrome may associate with a cloudy head. Other possibilities like hypotension or cardiac or neurological problems or BPPV may cause the above symptoms.

Use tablet Diligon 25 twice a day for five days. Avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid lactose and gluten-containing food.

Get it done ECG, MRI brain then consults your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
