What Could Be Wrong With My Constant Aching Left Arm?

Hi, my left arm aches constantly. It started at my elbow, but now it is my whole arm in all different spots, I m finding it hard to sleep at night. Could you give me some idea of what it could be. I have had an X-ray on it, but it came back normal nothing wrong with my bones?

My opinion is that it can be more of muscular pain than any bone related pain. It can be due to wrong posture during sleep. If i would have been you doctor i would have ruled out the possibility of any tendinitis or nervous injury first and then would have advised you with some exercise and physiotherapy as needed
