What Could Blister On Heel Indicate?

my four year old son had what looked to be a little white pimple on his heel. It was hard and was painful when sqeezed but not red. I did squeeze it and a hard white what looked to be puss came out and left a hole. I put neosporin on it and a bandage. Now it looks like a littleblister. He has no fever but I am concerned cause I have heard MRSA looks like a pimple too.
