What Could Bloatedness, Tinlinging Sensation In Body And Diarrhea Indicate?

Right, ive been having quite a few problems the last couple of days. Its started off with pregnancy symptoms and now ive got different ones on top. My symptoms all together are: bloated 24/7, pains in my back, constantly on the toilet because of tingling feelings in foof so im constantly peeing, feeling sick, one minute i got diarria next im constepated, pains on the bottom of my stomach, missed my period and now im having spotting of bleeding. Im not very sexually active but been with my b/f for 2 years and had a check to see if ive got any sti n i havent . So i really dont know what it could be now i really need help?.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of symptoms of pregnancy, bloating, pain in back, constantly on toilet, constant peeing, feeling of pooping, pains in the bottom of stomach, missed periods but spotting, not much active sexually and the STI are negative.
All these symptoms can be due to infection of the intestinal as well as urinary tract added on with anxiety or so.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the tests of stool, urine and blood including tests of pregnancy.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
These will give an idea about the possible causes of your symptoms and along with a clinical evaluation by a Doctor can help you to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
