What Could Bloating With Fatigue Suggest Post A Meal?
I feel fine until I eat. Bloating, short breath, fatigue, irritability. Don t see a common denominator unless it s some kind of carbs. Tried low carb diet and felt better, but felt hungry more often. I m on propranol for anxiety and inner shakiness, tramadol for back pain from severe osteo, and ibuprofen and 4000 iu v-D. I m 70, 175, retired, and stay at home all the time. Mail: YYYY@YYYY
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of feeling bloating, short breath, fatigue, irritability on eating. Tried low carb diet but felt more hungry, more often. Also noted that you are 70, retired and at home all the time, taking propranolol for anxiety, Vitamin D, tramadol and Ibuprofen. The commonest cause of bloating and other problems may be just na anxiety overpowering and hence the aerophagia that is causing all the symptoms. Get a review with your Doctor, take something more for the anxiety and may be the stress that you have and your problem may be solved. If not, get an upper GI Endoscopy, tests of blood, urine and stool. Ultrasonography to rule out certain problems of gall bladder and pancreas.
