What Could Bloody Hard Stools In Infants Suggest?

Hi doctor i have a 1 and 1/2 year old baby who was hospitallised few days back due to diarhea from the shigella bacteria.its been 15days he is discharged.now der is a blood stain in his potty and going for potty 4 to 5 times from yesterday.pooty is not watery its hard itself.he is having only rice items like idli,boiled rice.

The most possible issue is alterations in gut flora mechanics after intestine infection. Primary care with GI antibiotics, probiotics will clear up the issue along with maintenance of hydration with plenty of liquids.
