What Could Bloody Stools In Children Suggest?

my son is 14 he says that last week he noticed that his stool had blood in it and today when he went that he had blood as well. He also said that his stomache has been cramping is is going to doctor in morning but he is a little worry and i am as well what could this be?

Possible reason for bloody stools in children are polyp or constipation related.

In our clinic, I recommend plenty of liquids, high fiber diet, bulk forming laxative and supportive medicines as per clinical evaluation.
