What Could Bloody Stools Suggest?

The past half year ive had blood in the toilet bowel after a visit, its not dark red.. ive been to my doctor who checked me and said there was nothing there.Now today i went to pee (sitting down - im male) i noticed blood again, i sat back down and saw that blood is now running out my anus like a nose bleed.. what should i do?
