What Could Breast Tightness On Ribcage Suggest?

I have had a tightness under both breasts on my ribcage that feels like a tight belt. It is accompanied by a type of movement by something going back and forth in the same area. I am 61 and take pantoprazole for gerd. It is worse after eating and any clothes in that area are tight. It feels like my ribs are being lifted and it hurts.

u dint mention ur body weight..it may be due to over weight or gastrities too.
u can take triphala guggulu for pain 1 tablet twice a day..instead of pantaprazole u can take triphala churna 1tsp with lukewarm water at bed time..
take light food.avoid fried food..drink plenty of water.
