Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

The first concern is sexually transmitted infection specially in presence of unprotected sex. Which can lead to pelvic inflammatory disease. Usually infection take 5-10 days to manifest its symptoms like in your case.

Brown/white discharge and pain in uterus, both are symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease. You need treatment from gynecologist. In treatment antibiotics and analgesics will be helpful. Delay in treatment will lead to spread of infection.

You can also tell me about other associated symptoms to understand case and help you better.

Wish you good health and all the best.
