What Could Burning And Pain During Urination That Subsided After AZO Intake But Persistent Back Pain Indicate?

I am a 26 year old male. I am having mild back pain. I done a urine test strip and it indicates blood and hemoglobin. I was having a burning sensation a few days ago and I took AZO. I quit the AZO 1 day after and the pain while urinating is gone but the mild back pain remains.

hello, this is Dr. Herisa P. reading your concern.
The fact that your burning sensation during urination and pain after urinating are gone is a good sign which means that the AZO has acted well and has given good results in healing the infection. This back pain may be not related to your urinary problems and it may have other causes including muscular pain. But in order to be sure that your urinary problem is totally healed and that this back pain has no relation with any persistence of the infection, I would suggest you to repeat the urinalysis 2-3 days or more after finishing AZO.
Best regards
