What Could Burning Sensation After Urination And Repeated Bowel Movements Indicate?

Have a burning sensation in penis and most of the time after urination. Also bowel movement normal in morning then as day goes on feel need to go but many small pieces. Was diagnosed with diverticulitis but have been done with antibiotics for a couple of weeks

Stop eating lots of sweet things
