What Could Buttock Lumps With Itching And Sensitivity Be?

My husband has a big bump the size of a grape on his butt hole on one side and on the opposite side another one that s not that big. He says they are sensitive to the touch and sometimes itch. I don t have any STDs and he doesn t either. can you tell us what it might be?

The lumps near the anal opening could be hemorrhoids, warts or hypertrophied anal papilla.
The hemorrhoids could be internal hemorrhoid if it is covered with mucous membrane and external hemorrhoid if it is covered with skin.
But only after examination i can tell for sure what these lumps are.
