What Could Canary Yellow, Oily Liquid Discharge With Stools Be?

Along with normal-looking-brown stool, I had this canary-yellow liquid (seemed to be oily in texture because it was sitting above the water in the toilet) come out of my anus as well. I m only 17 with no history of health problems. What is this stuff? and should I be concerned?
