What Could Cause A Knot In Stomach Right Next To Belly?

i have what feels like a knot in my stomach right next to my belly button on the right side it hurts and its tender to touch if I move a certain way it hurts I feel sick in my stomach but when I eat it makes me feel more sick in my stomach than it did before I even ate anything what could it be

dear possible causes like bloated small bowel, enlarged gallbladder, simple lipoma or colonic mass. it is difficult to say what it is untill complete examination is done please get it done ultrasound scan if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
