What Could Cause A Small Lump On The Jaw Below Skin?

hi, we just had a baby. it s our first baby. we have just noticed a small lump below the baby s jaw and under the skin. the size of the lump is similar to a size of a small peanut (but soft) and it does not move from it s current position. do you know what that lump might be and what can we do about it? we want to try with the simplest process first to make it disappear. Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
the swelling on jaw can be because of the abscess secondary to tooth infection or it can be a garres osteomyelitis. nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. You need to take radiograph like OPG to confirm the diagnosis.,
I hope my answer will help you, take care.
