What Could Cause A Spinning Feeling After A Hit In The Head?

hi, i feel over about 6 weeks ago and hit my head very hard on the egde of a pavement, although i feel fine normally when i close my eyes for about 3 seconds i feel like im spinning, this has only occured since i hit my head and only happens when i lie down and shut my eyes. what could this be?

Hi this may be due to generalised weakness or due to anaemia. Get checked for complete hemogram once.

If blood test is normal and if symptoms persists a MRI brain may be required with CNS examination.

For now have good hydration, nutritious food, exercise and sound sleep.
