What Could Cause Abdominal Discomfort?

I am 40 year old female, I had hysterectomy in feb still have my ovaries. Within the past week I have suffered from abdominal discomfort, severe bloating, lower back ache, rash, inability to stay asleep, and a sudden onset of hyperpigmentation on my chin abd upper lip. What could all of this be.

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be due to auto-immune disorders and it may be due to worm infestation also beside this it could be food allergy too in either of this case it is the self limiting condition and may not need any specific treatment if the symptoms long last then you can try Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, along with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day with Domperidone 20 mg once in day hope this information helps.
