What Could Cause Abdominal Pain, Appetite Loss With Nausea, Endoscopy / CT Results Normal?

I have been experiencing significant abdominal pain (ie, burning sensation), loss of appetite, weight loss (7 pounds) and constant nausea (with one bout of vomiting) in six weeks. I had an endoscope, CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis with contrast dye, blood tests, including liver, pancreas and gallbladder panel, urine and occult fecal blood tests, all of which did not reveal the presence of any organic disease or the cause for my symptoms. I have been seen by two gastroenterologists and an Internist. I am sixty five years old.Any recommendations

HI
Thank for choosing HCM
I can under stand your concern, as you stated here that nothing comes out positive in all the test done it means it may not the major disease condition as long as your symptom is concern, but it could be due to some changes in digestive system and that could be due to change in life style.
The most common reason is dyspepsia and it can be associated with infection and acid peptic disease all of these can be managed with medicines like PPI and antibiotic anti-protozoa and it may give good result.
The best medicines for this are Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for three weeks, Tab Dicyclomine for abdomen pain can be taken as per needed, Tab Sacnidazole 1 g single dose for infection, hope this information helps.
