What Could Cause Advanced, Short Periods Followed By Light Pink Discharge?

Hello, I had my period on the 14th of September and last 3 days. wasn t heavy bleeding but was normal, although my period wasn t due till the 22nd of september and normally last 5 days. now its the 29th and when I wipe the toilet paper is light pink, what could this be?

Hi,
If you have never had this sort of cycle disturbance earlier, if you have been sexually active throughout without any protection, please suspect pregnancy and to clarify, get a trans-vaginal sonogram and also a blood test to assess the serum beta-hCG titres. Another possibility is a disturbed hormonal milieu and this could be caused by sudden weight changes, stress, infections, use of certain medications etc. This can be detected through a complete hormone profile after clinical evaluation and sonogram.
