What Could Cause An Enlarged Lymph Node Behind Left Ear?

I have an enlarged lymph node behind my left ear, with a red area above the lymph node behind my ear. I just found out yesterday that I have H.Pylori in my stomach and just started taking antibiotics. Could this be caused from that bacteria, or do you think it is associated with something else? I am 25 years old, and 140 lbs.

The lymph node behind the ear can not be due to H. Pylori.
The red area above the lymph node is the reason for enlargement of the lymph node behind the ear.
A course of an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines under the directions of the Doctor will heal this up.
