What Could Cause Anal Pain?

Hi,

it just about 3 days in the hot weather. My anus feels burn and hurt when my anus is squeezed or my body bent down including bowel movement. I don't see any blood during bowel movement.

Please help and what kind medicine to take or apply on it?

with regards to your symptoms it may be caused from anal fissure.
you shoul d avoid constipation and using anal creme like Doloproct or procto-Synolar.
