Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Your son is suffering from diarrhea and common in children.
Sporolac one sachet daily orally,plenty of fluids including ORS solution and continue feeding as usual.
You may try ofloxacin+ornidazole combination 2 times daily in consultation with your doctor.
