What Could Cause Appetite Loss In A 2 Years Old Child?

I have a 2 year old weighing 15kg. her appetitie has been quite low over the past 3-4 months and she has not gained any weight since 4 mths. I have just started giving her cypon on advise of a doctor friend of mine. I give her 5ml once a day in the morning. Is it ok? will she have any problems to it?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM,
Instead of giving cypon I would like to add some iron syrup and multivitamins.
Deworming to be considered.
Hope the query is answered.
thanks
