What Could Cause Bladder Pain During Urination, Antibiotics Offered Little Relief?

So my bladder really hurt whenever I went for a wee, my doctor said i was dehydrate but still gave me antibiotics, I have stopped taking the antibiotics as the course had finish but it still hurts to wee and my right ovary is really painful. my period inst due for another week.

In My opinion, in the given situation you seem to suffer from-OAB(Over Active Bladder) with Chronic-Interstitial Cystitis.
Its mostly auto-immune disorder, but other causes need to be ruled out for giving treatment.
CPID-chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease-and its causes needs to be ruled out,before start of any specific treatment in your case.
