What Could Cause Blood In Stools?

Hi doctor, just a quick question.. for the last couple of months i have had blood in my stool, also there has been whote stuff in my stool to, recently i jave been getting pains in my stomach and today i went to the toilet thoughting i needed to poo but i just farted and there was quite abit of poo on my toilet paper is this anuthing to be worried aboit? w

I being a surgeon, we encounter so many such cases..
I read your question completely and have understood it well enough..

See, please note the following few facts..
Will address all your concerns.

1. Blood in stools for 2 months, well there are many causes for this.
A. Depends on age, gender.
B. Hemorrhoids, diverticulitis, any growth in the colon, rectum, vascular malformations are most common causes.
C. The cause needs to be identified and treated accordingly. Only then, you'll be fine..

2. Pain in stomach could be simple gastritis..
Please do things, it will help you..
A. Drink lot of water
B. Avoid or reduce coffee, tea and alcohol
C. Tablet Pantoprazole 40mg once a day before breakfast for about one week..

3. And again, excessive gas production is due to gastritis..
Once your gastritis subsides, you won't have that problem of fart.
