burning forearms 6months; more with working.hx hypothyroid,up antibodies.accupuncture in muscle of both forearms @8 MONTHS AGO AND PAINFUL.CERVICAL XRAY NEG,CARPAL TUNNEL NEG.IBUPROPHEN HELPS.NO SWELLING WORTH MENTIONING.L5-S1 HX 20 YRS. SOME TINGLING AROUND BODY LATELY.SUGAR SLIGHTLY HIGH FAST 101,103,120
Also, I will advise you to monitor your blood sugar levels, thyroid levels and do regular general exercises and focussing towards more of the neck stability exercise, shoulder stability exercises.
Also hot water fermentation of the wrist and gentle myofascial release for the flexor retinaculum to reduce the compression of the vessels.
Core stability, spinal muscle strengthening, hip strengthening and lower limb Strengthening should be a part of the program.

Hello, As this must be related to the cervical spine nerve root entrapment. I will advise for the MRI neck. Also, you mentioned about the carpal tunnel syndrome this needs a Nerve conduction study. Also, I will advise you to monitor your blood sugar levels, thyroid levels and do regular general exercises and focussing towards more of the neck stability exercise, shoulder stability exercises.
