What Could Cause Burning Sensation In The Elbow Pit After Stretching The Arm?
Just last night I stretched my left arm out and backwards, kind of like a yawning stretch motion and suddenly felt a strong, sharp burning sensation in my elbow pit. Now the burning sensation reoccurs whenever I straighten out my arm. What could be causing this and what should I do?
It can be due to over stretching of the tendons and nothing much to worry as it will settle by itself in couple of days. You can take analgesics like Tramadol. Avoid strenuous activities and you will be fine in couple of days.
Hope I have answered your query.
