General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Burning around the belly button is indicative of a nerve stretching or entrapment.
This is possible as you had a baby 7 months ago and during pregnancy or delivery there would have been development of umbilical hernia which stretched the nerve and hene the burning sensation.
I would advise you the following:
Consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation and examination.
Confirmation by ultrasound or CT scan helps the diagnosis.
IF the hernia is present take an appointment for surgery.
There can be another reasons for general unwellness in the tummy like an intestinal infection or bacterial flora imbalance. Get the stool tests done and if there is an infection, get a course of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection and get well.
Also take probiotics and multivitamins.
