What Could Cause Chest Pain?

Under my left ribcage it feels like an organ is gettin smashed by my ribs and when I sit or lay a certain way it hurts and a have a pain in it when it doesn t feel like its smashed like when I m standing or laying I m really worried it doesn t hurt when pee or anything just been bothering me bad

Your symptoms are suggestive of local musculo-skeletal inflammation (including costochondritis). As a Cardiologist, I would exclude any possible cardiac disorders. So, there is no reason to panic. I would just recommend taking ibuprofen for the pain and using warm local packs.
